Refund policy

NO REFUNDS - (EXCHANGE ONLY)

Since all of our products are custom HAND-MADE for you, quality and workmanship is double checked and shipped from overseas, we are not able to issue refunds or returns on the product if you simply change your mind.

*** WHAT HAPPENDS IF THE PART DOESN'T FIT! ***

1. Due to the nature of all ***AFTERMARKET*** parts and various factors involved, it is very difficult for any company to guarantee fitment.

When something doesn’t fit, we would need you to take lots of photos/videos and email them to us showing what’s wrong. 

You will need to prove to us for an exchange.

2. Consult with ***experienced*** AFTERMARKET parts installers for proper installation.
The truth is any certified repair shop can install OEM parts, but NOT every shop can install AFTERMARKET parts.

3. If you need to exchange your parts, you NEED to ship back to us within 7 days of arrival 
If you cannot ship it back within that, you should contact us within a week and let us know ahead of time.

Failure to do any of the above, we reserve the rights to refuse any exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER!

If there’s a problem with the products on defects or workmanship, please contact us upon shipment arrival and within 7 calendar days.
